The Sigma Chi House Corporation is a non-profit corporation consisting of alumni volunteers dedicated to providing safe and affordable housing for our undergraduates that is worthy of the reputation of Sigma Chi.

Over the past 10 semesters, the Theta Eta chapter ranked in the top 8 fraternity GPA's for 9 semesters and was among thetop 5 fraternities for 5 of those semesters including #1 for Spring 2024 and Fall 2019.  

SIGNIFICANT DATES & UPCOMING EVENTS:

• ​December 21, 2018 - contract signed for nΣXt 35 Chapter House Upgrades 
• ​​April 15, 2019 - construction start for nΣXt 35 Chapter House Upgrades
• September 23, 2019 - project walk through acceptance inspection​
